If you do not receive any job search results after buying credits to our service (which is highly unlikely), we are committed to delivering relevant job listings. However in such rare instance of zero job results you are eligible for a refund.

and raise a ticket within [3 days] from the date of your subscription. When reaching out, please provide the following information:
1. Select Billing Support in "To opton"
2. Mention 'Refund request' in Subject
3. Your full name & mobile number
4. Email address associated with your account
5. Transaction ID
6. A description of the issue you encountered
Upon receiving your refund request, our dedicated support team will promptly investigate the issue you've faced. We may request additional information or clarification to better understand the problem (search inputs). Our goal is to provide you with a as as all future users with satisfactory results, which may include resolving the issue or processing a refund.
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
Incorrect Search Inputs: If the job search results were affected due to incorrect search inputs provided by the user, a refund will not be granted.
Refund requests must be submitted within three days (3 days) of your subscription date. Refund requests made after this period will not be considered.
Refunds for eligible cases will be processed within 15 days from the date of approval. The refund amount will be credited back to the same bank account or payment method used for the original subscription. Please allow this processing time for the refund to reflect in your account. If you do not receive the refund within the stipulated timeframe, please contact our Support Center for further assistance.
Upon the approval and processing of your refund, your access to our job search engine will be over. You will no longer be able to use our services unless you choose to re-subscribe / buy credits to start again.
We reserve the right to update this refund policy without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be posted on our website.
