All job titles, descriptions, company names, and logos that appear in search results are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on our site is for identification purposes only and does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by their holders. We are not a party to any transaction and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or legality of any third-party job listings.
2. User-Generated Content (Blogs, Skill Videos)
Users of our platform may post their own content, including but not limited to blog posts and skill videos ("User Content"). You, the user, are solely responsible for the User Content you submit. By posting User Content, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to publish it.
By submitting User Content, you grant OSCB Solutions Pvt Ltd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the service and our business operations.

The Updesh.ai logos, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are the trademarks of OSCB Solutions Pvt Ltd. Furthermore, all proprietary algorithms, platform architecture, website design, and other software are the exclusive property of OSCB Solutions Pvt Ltd, protected under copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
4. Copyright Infringement & DMCA Takedown Policy
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws, we have a policy of removing User Content that infringes on copyright.
